The Intake Form
Start your journey with us by filling out our intake form. This form helps us learn about your pets, their routines, and your service needs so we can create their perfect care plan. Once submitted, our team will review everything and reach out to book your Meet & Greet!

The Meet & Greet
After you submit your intake form, we will review it and be in touch to set up your Meet & Greet - a 15-30 minute visit where we come to your home to meet you and your pet's, go over routines, answer questions, and make sure we are a perfect fit!

​One Last Step to Jump In!
Once your Meet & Greet is scheduled, we'll send you your Time to Pet app activation email. From there, you will review our Terms & Conditions and set up your profile. After everything is set up, you'll be ready to book services!

How do I book a service?
Booking is easy! Simply log into Time to Pet, choose your service, and schedule a timeframe that works for you. For recurring services, just let us know, and we’ll set it up for you.
Do you offer Meet & Greets?
Yes! We require an Initial Meet & Greet before your first booking to ensure the perfect fit. You can schedule one after filling out our intake form!
How do I pay for services?
All payments are processed securely through Time to Pet. You’ll receive invoices and can manage payments online for a hassle-free experience.
