Setting up FAQs
We charge double on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, Easter, July 4th, and New Years Eve & Day. These days require our team to step away from their own holiday plans and family, so this premium helps ensure we always have dependable coverage available. There is a 50% charge on MLK Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day. We also have a $7 fee for weekends and outside of business hours. Business Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30PM (Service hours: 24/7 scheduled in advance)
You will not automatically meet your assigned caregiver at this initial meet & greet. Caregivers are assigned after onboarding is complete based on availability, skill level, and your pet’s specific needs. For clients who specifically request to meet their caregiver in advance, we’re happy to accommodate a second, staff-specific meet & greet for a $25 fee. This is completely optional and scheduled separately after your initial onboarding visit.
